Think11 is one of the amazing fantasy sports platforms. This unique fantasy app allows cricketing fans to test one’s cricketing knowledge, insights, and know-how. It is a skill-based platform where you earn money when you play. This app takes your passion for the spots one step higher and involved you in an amazing fantasy cricket experience just on your mobile phone. 2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
It is so easy to get distracted and be pulled in so many directions when trying to balance creating an exciting future while maximizing results today. Taking the time to communicate constantly and engage your teams in both the excitement of creation as well as the dedication to providing results can ensure that you provide the reassurance and sense of stability an organization needs.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
Our goal is to become India's Best Fantasy Sports Platform, We are working on it. we are doing door-to-door campaign promotion also we are providing n numbers of communication moodes so users easily communicate with us and resolve their problem. Other Fantasy sports companies just providing Email support only but we are providing WhatsApp, Call, Telegram, Facebook, Email, Instagram too.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you
to pull this off?
Yes, I feel many times for giving up. I'm very lucky because I have some very special people in my life, they always cheer me up and motivated me. Whenever I feel like giving up they just say "Do you forget why you started?" and I charged up.
5. Describe your biggest achievement?
We are the finalist of the International Trade Council Go Global Aweard. Two times we are nominated for the Indian Achievers Award.
6. From where you get the idea for business?
At the age of 14-15th I used to play fantasy sports, but whenever I found any issues, I have to contact them through email and I'm a very bad writer so I just escape and at that time decided to start my own Fantasy Sports Platform. when I completed 18th I just started.
7. What was your aim to start the company?
My First aim is to provide the best services and support to our
users. and Become a well known person.
8. Tell us some of your failures
Our Failures are - As we launched our platform get hacked 3 times. We were cheated by lots of influences.
9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
As I already mentioned that I'm a lucky person because I faced many failures before starting THINK 11 but my family always supports me, In the middle class, this is very rare.
10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
My message for young generations "Do whatever you want to do but you should know that your future will be right with this work, there will be trouble but if you like doing that work then I don't think you will stop, that means you will succeed." For parents "You give freedom to your child but by confirming that your child is doing right, if you feel that he is doing wrong, then deal with him, but never curse him, no brother wants to live as a failure, there are many such things. Those who do not understand their goal/path, then you should understand that This is my request, not a message.
