1. Describe about your Business and founders.

We deal with Indoor Air Quality Solutions which is an hour of need; basically, our motto is to improve the quality of life and it's expectancy along with a safe and protective atmosphere. So, this is what CrispValue deal with, we care and value your well-being.

2.What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?

The biggest challenge which I come across is 'lack of time'. Being a workaholic, I handle a group of companies that need dedication and, essentially "Time" for business strategies and innovations. I always feel 24 hours are not enough to work efficiently for excellence.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

Of course, I see CrispValue growing in all terms. But I wish I see it more on the innovation part and even more with upgradeable technology. Protecting the environment and improving the quality of life has always been the priority and will always be.  So I see even more people to get benefitted from concept selling and collaborations.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?

Honestly, I don't. I strongly feel one must never give up and must patiently wait for the right time and the right opportunity with a lot of hard work to put in, which may drive you to success and may be on the way and waiting for you to meet in the very next move.

"Self-motivation, hard work along with determination is the key to SUCCESS."

5. Describe your biggest achievement?

I don't consider any of my achievements as significant achievements indeed, and I would say it is yet to achieve. If I talk about it another way, I would like to share that I have a Govt. approved NGO where we have been promoting Art, Literature and Culture along with social services. In Kavya Corner Foundation (KCF), we have national as well as international branches. We have around ten thousand people and artists associated with us who pour love and blessings in abundance. The mental satisfaction we receive from our good deeds is the most significant achievement I have earned till now.

6.From where you get the idea for business?

Being a medical microbiologist and healthcare professional who has worked for airborne diseases like Tuberculosis and nontuberculous Infections and also given novel researches, I always wanted to be associated with innovations that can help mankind. So when I realised that the biggest threat today we face is pollution and airborne diseases like Covid, TB, Flu, Norovirus etc., CrispValue came into the picture.

7.What was your aim to start the company?

My aim is apparent to start a company I wish to work for human health and wellbeing using cost-effective and natural technology with no harmful effects or threats on life.

8.Tell us some of your failures?

Failures are the first step to success and very-very integral part indeed. I, too, failed but took them positive with a gesture to never give up.

9.What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Of course, family support is essential as being a lady; it would have been challenging to achieve anything. Managing a small kid and home along with three verticals is difficult without family support. My family have always supported me like a shield.

10.What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

My message to young generations is, keep making continuous efforts as efforts never cheat. Success has only one reason i.e., hard work with persistent efforts. For parents, I would say every single person on earth is different and unique so have faith.
