Hi, I am Dr. R. Praveen Kumar, (COO - Chief Operating Officer) with 8+years of expertise in USA Medical Billing Health Care Industry, International Process (BPO/KPO) from Alonzo Infotech Company.
I was graduated in MCA, PGDCA, BCA, Diploma (ECE), in academic and also done my "Training and Certification " in "Lean Six Sigma- Yellow belt", "Leadership & Team Development" from IBM - International Business Management Institute Berlin, Germany.
I have also undergone Leadership & Boot camp with an eminent personality and a Life Coach from the company We for the people (Absolute talk) and also a certified person in Advanced Ethical Hacking.
I have also received an “Honorary Doctorate Award” for rendering phenomenal service for the welfare of society which is to be highlighted are " Social Service" from International Anticorruption & Human Rights Council", and also received an Award in Scout "Rajya Puraskar" from the Governor of India.
1. Tell us something about your company and its services.
Alonzo Infotech is a Medical Billing Company which was started in the year 2019 December . Initally it was started in Tamilnadu (Coimbatore (HQ) and Trichy) and within a short span of time the company was established at overseas in Washington, USA. We provide wide range of business services in Business Process Outsourcing, Knowledge Process Outsourcing as well in Information Technology Enabled Services. Alonzo Infotech is a Multifaced company working across various fields such as US Medical Billing, Data entry Process Outsourcing ,E-commerce platform, Telecommunciation and banking & finance sales project.
2. Do you have some strong beliefs or philosophies that means a lot to you?

3. Can you explain your career journey?
My career journey started with an MNC company in the year 2013. First Source,Omega Health Care Pvt Ltd, Access Health Care, Elico Health Care,Technosoft Global Service Pvt Ltd, and Alonzo Infotech are some of the MNC companies i worked with.
My process were completely into USA based project- USA health care dealing with USA Doctors & Insurance companies. Later on started my career at OMEGA Health Care as AR- Associate,then got promoted as Quality Analyst and moved on to Access Health Care Company as " Senior Client Partner". Then joined in Technosoft as "Senior Quality Analyst".. Last but not the least with lots of hard work and smart work now am being the COO (chief operating officer) at Alonzo Infotech.
4. How much is the relationship between employees is important in business?
Maintaining a positive relationship with our employees will always increase the productivity in the business as well by motivating and creating a positive work culture will lead to business growth and successful organization.
5. How do you handle high pressure and stressful situation?
Stress and pressure often occurs and goes hand in hand in all the situation. Than being vulnerable and anxious towards the situation, its better we take 5minutes to accept the situation, calm down ourselves, understand the root cause and derive for the remedies without making the situation worsen.
6. What's your most proud achievement in your business life?
Identifying the talents of youths and encouraging them to achieve their success irrespective of their gender and abilities and providing platform for the people who strive to accomplish their goals and dreams.
Handled a team of 35members at the start of my career which was a very challenging role and this shaped , enhanced my leadership & Team building skill.

The best thing i could say is employees safeness and a conducive friendly environment.

Identifying & acknowledging the talented employees through appraisal or promotion with no delay.
And extending our gratitude for their sincerity loyalty and hardwork.

9. What is your biggest concern as a COO?
As a COO of the company biggest concern is getting the project from the clients on regular bases. In all the project we need to understand the client requirements and specification of the project. We need to ensure the quality standards so that we can overcome the challenges that we facing while receiving the projects. Above all as a COO creating new opportunities and handling challenges is the best part of my role. As a COO , i must envision the future, live in the present, learn and upgrade my skills in order to produce quality employees for the organisation. I always rejenuvate myself in all possible manner.
10. Does India is a suitable destination for young entrepreneurs to nourish their dreams? What is your opinion?
Of course! India is the best country to become an entrepreneur since it's the worlds largest democracy country.
Indian economy has been growing rapidly over the past few decades.
