are your priorities when it comes to recruitment?
Our
priorities in recruitment are very simple. We try to tackle easy-to-fill jobs
quickly, and try not to let the hard-to-fill jobs take up all our time. Set
aside time for followups, maintain a good database, create a daily
must-should-go list, and utilise our Calendar Reminders.
The

Our
team consists of dedicated professionals with complementary backgrounds and
skills with a high level of expertise in executive search. The team works
stress-free and is given the liberty to perform, so they are able to give the
deliverables in the stipulated time frame without any hassles. When the team is

The Leadoff
We
initiated UNISOL SERVICES sometime at the end of 2007 with the aim of
partnering with corporates to support their hiring effectively with minimum
lead time and with ease. We have had our share of learnings all through this
journey and we have stood back strong and glorious in the recent times. We bounced
back by learning from our mistakes. Mistakes
have the power to turn you on to something better than you were before.
What
does success look like for you and UNISOL SERVICES?
Success
is all about how you perceive it. For me, accomplishing and achieving goals, or
so to say, a positive outcome after hard effort and useful experience, is
success. If we have a throwback visualisation from where we began, we have
indeed come a long way.
The

Growth
is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together. Hence, Market Specialisation, focusing
on clients, analysing numbers, maintaining a captive audience, Sourcing
smartly, holding on to my team, and hiring the right talent using our expertise
and avoiding micromanaging is all we have been doing and plan to do in the
months to follow. By following these protocols, we plan to play by the rules,
avoid risks, and be ferocious.
