The core team of Aviz Home Healthcare

We are a Super Health Tech Startup. Our core team comprises two wings, viz.,The Technical Wing and Healthcare Wing

The technical team handles all online transactions, such as patient requests, filtering them and routing them to the appropriate healthcare team member.

The Healthcare team (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Chemists, Lab Technicians, other Medical Staff, Ambulance Drivers, Delivery Boys, Donors, etc.) makes every effort to provide the best possible solutions to the patients' problems.

The participation of each team member ensures the responsibility and accountability of the company. That's why we are very passionate about our duty to serve people so that every person finds themselves dignified and valued in their life as well as in society.

Pathway to Healthcare

I belong to a rural area, and there I have witnessed and experienced several issues in the healthcare sector, such as a lack of doctors, undervalued healthcare, and many others.

Ramesh Panchal, my elder brother and co-founder, proposed the idea of providing home healthcare to people and asked me to help him with this noble endeavour. I was inspired by his intriguing idea. I did some research about Indian home healthcare. Through this, I discovered many problems like affordability, good services, time, and all the other issues faced by patients, regardless of whether they live in rural or urban areas. Furthermore, healthcare providers face challenges in providing their services.

After analysing the poor healthcare conditions, we decided to build a platform to assist patients and healthcare providers for the sake of people's service and the needs of the hour.

Health Care Management of Aviz Home Healthcare

When we started to build this platform, we talked with doctors and other healthcare service providers from Gujarat and Rajasthan. Many doctors and healthcare professionals expressed interest and ratified our decision to launch this initiative. They all agreed to work with us. While some doctors and service providers promised to serve rural and poor people for free.

It’s very important in our field that the team shares the same zeal and empathy. So, when we choose a member, we ensure all the prerequisites that one should have passion, zeal, empathy, responsibility, good character, humanity, compassion, etc.

Emergency room near me

When a patient requires ICU at-home care, we first assess their medical condition and history. Then we assign medical staff who will provide care at home under the supervision of a well-experienced senior doctor through online mode.

If at any point in time, any emergency condition occurs during home services, the assigned staff consults with the doctor about the condition of the patient. Then the doctor directs and assists the staff to tackle the situation.

If the conditions remain unfavourable and the staff find it difficult to control at home, then the case is referred to the nearby hospital and our ambulance services provide transportation for the patient.

Contribution to Indian Healthcare

Healthcare has become one of the largest sectors of the Indian economy, in terms of both revenue and employment. Certain demographic and epidemiological trends are likely to increase healthcare demand, influencing the nature of healthcare service demand in the coming years. There are numerous issues in healthcare, including demand and supply gaps; a shortage of doctors in rural areas, poor quality treatment, incorrect medications, and a lack of diagnostic labs, ambulances, and blood for patients.

To provide all healthcare services under one roof, we created a Super Health Tech app.

The online doctor consultation feature solves the problem of doctor availability as well as a point of care in rural areas, allowing you to consult from the comfort of your own home.

Our local chemists and pathology lab vendors deliver medicines and lab tests to your home. Home healthcare in urban areas assists critical patients and the elderly at home, and our app monitors their health records so that their relatives can check on their conditions at any time. Our app's hospital appointments sometimes encounter emergency services such as ambulance bookings with excessively high fares and excessive travel time, increasing the chances of death. So we are building an app just like Ola and Uber to provide real-time tracking ambulance booking services at your door with affordable prices, shorter time taken, and ambulances fully equipped with medical emergency tools. Most importantly, our company operates India's first blood donation matchmaking platform, which connects all needy people with blood donors.
