My name is ElizabethChacko, and I am delighted to introduce myself to all of you. With over 14
years of experience in both industry and academics, I had a very short time in
industry, but in academics I had been more than a decade, working in various academic
roles from teaching, mentoring, administration. I hold a PhD from Banasthali
Vidyapeeth (Rajasthan) in management, which has provided me with a solid
foundation in research and knowledge dissemination The areas of interest lie in
the HR verticals like Work Life Balance, Diversity & Inclusion, HR
analystics, Labour Law and other subjects like strategic management, and
Artificial Intelligence. During these years I have dedicated as researcher also
contributed my research through publications and presentations, my passion lies
in exploring the intersections of these subjects and fostering growth and
innovation. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to contribute and develop
strategic initiatives, and guide aspiring professionals on their journey. I look

Working at Christ University has been an
immensely beneficial experience for my career. The university's strong focus on
excellence and service, both for students and staff, has created an ideal
environment for individual growth. The friendly atmosphere at Christ University
fosters a sense of belonging and collaboration, enabling me to engage in
meaningful interactions with colleagues and students. This has led to numerous
opportunities for collaboration in research, enhancing my knowledge and
broadening my horizons. The university's commitment to creating a supportive
and enriching environment has played a crucial role in shaping my professional
journey, enabling me to excel in my field and contribute positively to the
academic community.
I have a strong research background with a focus on HR, Finance, and AI. I have successfully published research articles and book chapters in esteemed national and international journals, few are indexed in Scopus and WoS showcasing my contributions to the academic community. Additionally, I have actively participated and organized international conferences also did contribute as presenter and session chair in research papers in the areas of HR, Finance, and AI. My research interests primarily lie in Ergonomic workplace, AI and technology, FinTech, Leadership, and Learning & Development. I am passionate also to research into new streams and exploring multidisciplinary fields. I have co authored few management case studies. Through my research endeavors, I strive to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and address contemporary challenges in these domains.
The motivation behind my pursuit of a PhD in Management with a
focus on ergonomics stems from several factors. Firstly, my passion for
teaching and imparting knowledge has always driven me towards higher academic
achievements. Secondly, during the year 2010 when I enrolled for PhD,
ergonomics was a relatively unexplored topic with significant potential for
research and practical application. This presented a unique opportunity to
contribute to the field and make a meaningful impact specially in the Indian context.
Thirdly, pursuing a PhD allowed me to become a domain expert in ergonomics,
enabling me to delve deeper into the subject matter and contribute to its
advancement. Lastly, obtaining a PhD in Management with a focus on ergonomics
would provide me with enhanced career growth prospects in academic, research,
and industry in this specialized field.
Mentor & facilitator
Having 14 years of experience in teaching, what I find most
rewarding is witnessing the growth and success of my students. Throughout my
career, I have taught BBA, B.Com, and MBA courses across various universities
in Karnataka and Rajasthan. Working with students has not only enhanced my
skills but also allowed me to continuously upgrade my teaching methodologies to
cater to their evolving needs. Understanding the generation gap and adapting my
approach accordingly has been crucial in fostering effective learning. Being a
mentor and facilitator, it brings immense satisfaction when I see my students
well-placed and excelling in their careers, knowing that I have played a part
in their journey towards success and fulfillment.

for me, as it enables the exchange of ideas and fosters cross-cultural
understanding. I believe in staying change-ready, adapting to emerging trends
and technologies in my research areas. Through my research, I aim to address
real-world challenges in my research areas and make a positive impact on
individuals, organizations, and communities. I strive to remain change-ready
and adaptable, embracing new methodologies and approaches to address evolving
research challenges effectively.
