A passionate educator with an interest in societal
research would aptly describe me. Having spent 20 years in academics, I am
continuing on my journey of learning further about management education,
particularly in the field of strategy.
Dr. Ritu Srivastava professional journey
I started my career in 2003 at Kraftwares India
Limited as a merchandiser thereafter I switched to academics and have been
teaching in B schools for the last 20 years including SP Jain School of Global
Management, Birla Institute of Management Technology. I have taught a gamut of
papers ranging from general management courses to management consulting. I did
my doctoral research work in the area of mergers and acquisitions from the
perspective of international business strategy. Currently employed with NMIMS
deemed to be University, School of Business Management.

I have been awarded the BIMTECH Young Scholar Award
for my research skills and the Associate of the Quarter Award in SPJ Global for
my services towards the Institute. I have published and presented peer-reviewed
research papers in the area of strategy and public policy.
