Balancing Professional and Personal Lives

An un-structured professional journey does come with challenges in terms of maintaining healthy ‘work life’ balance. However, a clear understanding of the same with better planning at each milestone has helped reduce major stresses. Remote/hybrid nature of work did help plan a better ‘me time’ with minimal work impact. Though there is no standard solution or common benchmark to this, I believe the key ‘mantra’ is to be cognisant & price the same in every decision of change!
