With
over 14 years of dedicated experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of leveraging
my expertise to drive impactful change and improve patient outcomes. My journey
includes rigorous studies at Harvard and IIM, where I honed my skills and
deepened my understanding of the healthcare industry’s complexities.
Throughout
my career, I’ve successfully managed business portfolios totaling over $350
million, navigating challenges with strategic vision and a commitment to
excellence. My passion lies in creating innovative solutions that bridge the
gap between quality care and affordability.
NuLyf Global and its Services
As
the name suggests, its all about Nu(New)-Lyf(Life). We deal into Healthcare
Recruitment, Medical Tourism, Medical Education and Online Rehabilitation.
A
major chunk of our business comes from medical tourism. We have generally
referred patients from Australia, Canada, the United States, Serbia, and Kenya.
Our team comprises Super Brilliant Surgeons, trained in Singapore, Japan, and
Australia; their combined volume is more than 30k surgeries. What sets us apart
is that we act as a “one-stop shop” for the patient and their family. He or she
only needs to focus on their health; everything else is handled by us.
Starting from the airport pick up to post-discharge, hotel arrangements, meals,
and accommodations for the companion are something that we take pride in.
We
deal with Healthcare Recruitment, including C-Suite hiring for hospitals and
other healthcare facilities in India as well as in the UAE. Till date, we have
helped various organisations with the bulk hiring of Doctors, Nurses and
Physiotherapists.
The
newest segment that we are entering into is the online rehabilitation of
patients. Patients in the western part of the world do struggle to get good
rehabilitation coaches to help them deal with various ailments, especially for
Orthopaedic, Neurological, and Cardiopulmonary issues. Our therapists have
treated more than 2000 patients globally and are all geared up to treat these
cases as well.
We
are pretty much aware of the importance of being in the market, making
healthcare affordable, and delivering quality treatment. Thus, we are
developing software that will help our surgeons use AI to treat patients. Even
the therapists are going to use the AI technology to treat patients virtually.
I
think we are able to justify our name by giving a “New Life” to the hire, by
giving a “New Life” through treatment or by proving a “New Life” through
Medical Education.
NuLyf Providing Quality and Affordable Treatments
The
inspiration, or, as you can say, the reason for this venture, is to make
healthcare affordable. Belonging to the middle-class segment of society, I do
understand the financial crunch of the families. Not all can afford the quality
treatment! Slowly and slowly, insurance is coming up, and people are opting for
it, but still, it’s a long way to go.
Thus,
to take up this challenge, we are doing affordable surgeries. At the same time,
we are not compromising on the quality of the treatment!
Professional Journey of Dr. Prerit
I
started my practice at Max Hospital, Saket, under the rehabilitation department
for the critical care wing. After slogging for four years, I got the
opportunity to become the administrative head of the Orthopaedic Department.
Then there was no looking back.
I
continued my services with the same organisation for a period of 10 years,
gaining experience in marketing, operations, administration, and medical
quality. I then moved to the UAE as the Program Head for Orthopaedics and
Rehabilitation at Aster Clinics, UAE.
I
started my own projects in the Tier II states of India to promote and build
healthcare facilities.

Pillars of Success - Team, Family, Projects and Recognitions
For
me, delivering projects and adhering to timelines are sort of achievements. I
have been blessed to be supported by such wonderful teams and partners in this
journey as Shaikh Irfan (Co-Founder, NuLyf UAE), Dr. V. Anand (Co-Founder,
Newdelhispine), and Dr. Shweta Singh, my better half (Co-Founder, NuLyf India).
I
have given various interviews for my Kashmir Project, “Bringing Healthcare to
the Valley,” on Zee News, TV 18, and the local channels. Recently, we conducted
a camp at Rewari, which got featured in the majority of the dailies, like
Dainik Bhaskar and Amar Ujala, as we examined more than 200 patients in a
single day.
I
am proud to have received the prestigious Six Sigma Award for my contributions
to the healthcare sector. This recognition underscores my dedication to process
improvement and efficiency in delivering high-quality patient care.
These
are just the blessings of my parents and the love of my little daughter, Myrah,
with which I am moving ahead in life.
I
hope to continue doing the same with the same zeal and passion to make
healthcare affordable.
