in Agile in Finance, Fintech & Blockchain, SEBI Certified “Research
Analyst”, ACCION Certified “Leadership Trainer”. Spearheading MBA Program with
5 years period CAGR of Admissions In-Take of 27% and CAGR of Revenue Generation
of 42%.
Educational Background and Professional Journey
Basically, a Commerce Graduate, later on pursued Master of
Finance & Control from Madurai Kamaraj University. Had an opportunity to
pursue a full-time residential management program from IIM, Ahmedabad. Worked
with various top notch corporate in various positions started as Junior
Executive and reached top management positions.
Current Challenges – My Roles and Responsibilities
Currently, spearheading the MBA program at RL Institute of
Management Studies, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This is a Management School being run
by Dr R Lakshmipathy, Doyen in News Paper Industry, Dinamalar (Madurai). I
design and drive entire institution, with the following objectives: Growing
Institutional Revenue, Growing MBA Admissions In-Take, Curriculum Design,
Corporate and Alumni Engagement Activities, Holistic Institutional Development
Plan. I am responsible for driving the institutions’ brand building process for
organic growth and development of the institution, including helping students,
getting placement and nurturing the students as entrepreneurs.
