Ramendra Bahadur Sinha, the founder and chairman of Agrani Group, a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for excellence and innovation. As a Chartered Civil Engineer with MBA and  over 27 years of experience in the construction industry , my journey has been both dynamic and enriching.

 

My career began in the fascinating world of specialized construction. Personally, by venturing into this field, I gained expertise in applying construction chemicals. I had the incredible opportunity to receive specialized training in waterproofing from BASF, a top waterproofing product manufacturer, and specialized injection grouting training from Hagerbach Test Gallery in Switzerland in 2004.

 

With the valuable knowledge and skills I acquired, I explored further avenues in the construction industry, working as a senior management professional for various renowned Fortune 500 companies like Delhi NCR Head in Reliance Industries and North Zone Head in a group company of Shapoorji Pallonji. This experience provided me with extensive exposure and a rich background in the construction industry, enabling me to lead Agrani Group to become a pioneering name in specialized construction like waterproofing, interiors, finishing, expansion joint systems, and retrofitting, known for our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

From the inception of the company to the completion of numerous landmark projects, each step has been marked by a dedication to quality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for innovation in the industry.

 

Agrani made a strategic decision to specialize in specialized construction services like corporate waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, expansion joint systems, civil, interiors, MEP, and finishing during the construction phase, showcasing our expertise and delivering exceptional results. Notable projects include the waterproofing of around 400 plus villas in Godrej Golf Link, more than 600 luxurious flats in Tata SEREIN Thane, and the construction of one of India's biggest Reliance Trends in Lucknow in 2019. We also provide civil interiors and finishing services to corporations like Reliance Industries, Godrej Properties, etc.

 

One significant achievement was securing a contract to provide premium waterproofing services for Maruti's new plant. This project, executed in collaboration with Fosroc and working under L&T and Shapoorji, stands as a testament to our capabilities and commitment to excellence.
