1.Could you briefly introduce yourself and share the key
experiences that shaped your journey as an entrepreneur, researcher, and
founder of AlphaVeta Research and IJOIRE?
I am an entrepreneur and a researcher, Roshan Jha, who is
passionate about connecting academic research with practical impact. I have 12
years of experience in research and have been well-experienced in business
since April 2021. Alongside my work, I have been deeply involved in research,
publication, and capacity-building initiatives, through which I have come to
see the challenges of insufficient support for research, low-quality
publishing, and lack of interdisciplinary collaboration. Finding these obstacles
in the way of progress, I was inspired to start AlphaVeta Research in order to
offer organized research guidance, mentoring, and solutions in analytics to
those who are pursuing their PhD or master's or whichever course requires
writing support. Later IJOIRE was created in 2022 as a platform to facilitate
the publishing of scholarly works that are rigorous, ethical, and easily
accessible, but due to some issue, I have stopped this, but I will get it back
with strong power (thinking as per my belief “A pause does not end a vision what is built on integrity, purpose, and
perseverance will always return—stronger, clearer, and more impactful.”).
By pairing entrepreneurship with research, I have been able to infuse my work
with innovation, academic integrity, and practical problem-solving, which is
still the hallmark of my work and vision.
Being featured in India’s Pride: Icons Who Inspire the Nation is a significant pleasure and a very humbling touch. On a personal side, it's pleasing to see that the stubbornness, the struggle, and the passion that I put into research, ethical publishing, and entrepreneurship have been acknowledged on a national level. It makes me think of the support and the encouragement that I received from my mentors, colleagues, and community, and it doubles my commitment to giving back.
On a professional level, this award signals the importance and the influence of the work we do at AlphaVeta Research and IJOIRE (I'll restart soon). It's a confirmation of our steps to raise the standard of research, to implant integrity in publishing, and to help the new scholars and the innovators. More than just a trophy, this award provides me with the strength to push beyond my limits, increase the volume of our contributions, and inspire others to pursue the same path of purposeful excellence.
In the end, it's not only about being featured here; it's about the obligation that comes along with it: to keep walking on the path of making a significant impact and to be a source of inspiration for the coming generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders.
3.With expertise spanning business management, project
management, programming, and academic research support, how do you integrate
these diverse skill sets to drive innovation at AlphaVeta Research?
I began with a technical background in IT, which I later supplemented with management skills. At AlphaVeta Research, innovation is a result of the conscious integration of different skills rather than their interaction in separate compartments. Business and project management experience is instrumental in efficiently structuring research initiatives, defining the objectives, the timelines, and the standards of quality. Programming and data management skills facilitate the utilization of automation, analytics, and other technology-driven tools, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of research workflows, data collection, and decision-making.
Alongside this, my experience in the academic research
support area helps to ensure that all solutions are firmly based on
methodological rigor, ethical standards, and scholarly relevance. The
combination of managerial discipline, technical ability, and research insight
enables us to arrive at end-to-end research solutions that are both innovative
and practical. Such an interdisciplinary approach positions AlphaVeta Research
to be very agile, solve complex problems, and generate valuable outcomes for researchers,
institutions, and industry partners.
4.Many scholars face challenges with thesis writing, data
analysis, and journal publications. How does AlphaVeta Research help them
overcome these hurdles, especially for UGC CARE, SCOPUS, ABDC, and SCI-indexed
journals?
An abundance of ideas is not the problem for the majority of scholars, but rather they fail due to their insufficient methodological clarity, data handling, academic writing standards, and understanding of journal expectations. At AlphaVeta Research, we implement a systematic and ethical support framework to address these issues.
We not only assist students in thesis writing but also help
them in planning research, formulating problems, structuring literature
reviews, and following the rules of the university and UGC, thus ensuring
originality and academic rigor. Our support for scholars in data analysis
involves the correct choice of methods, carrying out statistical or qualitative
analysis with the help of standard software tools, and giving clear
interpretations that are in line with research objectives.
As for journal publications, particularly in UGC CARE,
SCOPUS, ABDC, and SCI indexed journals, we facilitate scholars to comprehend
the scope of a journal, criteria for indexing, expectations of a reviewer, and
structuring of a manuscript. We improve language, format manuscripts per
journal guidelines, conduct ethical checks, and develop revision strategies

I can say that our foremost function is to guide and equip
the researchers by providing them with the academic knowledge, skills, and
attitudes that would enable them to manage complicated academic processes
successfully and with the qualities of confidence, transparency, and quality.
5.Since founding IJOIRE in 2022, what is your editorial
vision for the journal, and how do you ensure quality and global relevance in
its published research?
Since the establishment of IJOIRE in 2022, it has been my
editorial vision to build a platform that is credible, ethical, and inclusive,
and which facilitates the publication of high-quality, interdisciplinary
research characterized both by academic rigor and real-world applicability. The
aim was not only to publish research but also to develop a culture of
transparency, originality, and scholarly responsibility.
In order to guarantee quality, IJOIRE operates a detailed
editorial and double-blind peer review procedure that is in line with clear
publication ethics, reviewer accountability, and strict plagiarism as well as
methodological verifications. Every submission is scrutinized not only for
technical soundness but also for clarity, contribution to existing literature,
and research integrity. However, because of certain issues, I had to withdraw
my decision and take back the time for myself.
In the next few months, we will be starting the process
again with great expectations and will be promoting research in a very
efficient way (as I believe that “Challenges
may delay execution, but they cannot diminish a vision grounded in innovation,
ethics, and meaningful contribution.”). To be relevant globally, we will
welcome papers that examine current issues and have international or
comparative perspectives, and we will also have a diverse editorial and
reviewer board representing different disciplines and regions effectively. By
matching our standards with recognized international publishing practices and,
at the same time, being accessible to new scholars, IJOIRE will be able to
combine excellence with inclusiveness and thus locate itself as a globally
engaged academic journal.
6.How do your technical skills in programming and databases strengthen the research and software development services provided by AlphaVeta Research?
Educationally, I am an IT graduate, and my work experience
has been mostly in management. During my career, I have also upskilled myself
in data analysis to broaden my skill set, which would eventually help me to
grasp research more effectively.
My technical skills in programming and database management
are of great help in both strengthening the research aspect and software
development at AlphaVeta Research. These abilities make it possible for us to
create tailor-made instruments for data capturing, cleaning, and handling; thus
accuracy, scalability, and reproducibility are the research projects' inherent
features. Automation of routine research tasks is made possible through
programming; hence, data workflows get optimized, and the number of mistakes is
decreased, which is a significant improvement in efficiency and reliability.
With software development as the point of view, knowledge of
databases is what leads to the development of secure, well-organized systems
for research management, analytics, and documentation. Technically, these
skills are merged with methodological and domain knowledge, which, in turn,
allows us to come up with solutions that are not only technically viable but
also in line with research goals and ethical norms. The combination of
technology and research methodology is what makes it possible for AlphaVeta Research
to come up with cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that are of real value to
scholars, institutions, and organizations.
7.What message would you like to share with young
researchers, students, and budding entrepreneurs who aspire to contribute
meaningfully to academia, technology, and innovation?
To younger researchers, students, and potential
entrepreneurs, my suggestion is to keep your questioning nature, be
disciplined, and have strong ethical principles. Understand your methodology
clearly, be patient with the outcomes, and never change your academic integrity
for anything. I say it is significant to publish, but let your contribution be
more than your count.
Take guidance from experienced people, always be in tune
with global research standards, and please keep in mind that significant
research often requires a long time. Real contributions to the fields of
academia, technology, and innovation are not the result of taking shortcuts but
rather the result of being consistent, using one's critical thinking skills,
and being willing to learn from other disciplines.
No matter if it is research methodology, technical skills,
or problem-solving, work on your core and be willing to collaborate and take
feedback. Apart from that, do not hesitate to convert your ideas into reality.
Most of the time, innovation is the result of the coming together of knowledge
and its application.
