She started her career in Cyber Kings India on 17th May ,2020. At the age of 23 she able to get into the position of an Assistant Managing Director which was a dream like achievement. Her passion and commitment towards the work is one of the main reason for this early achievement . The way of her interactions and style of managing really making her special. In this interview Miss Subhashree Padhy is sharing some of her life experience with us.

1. What was your ambition in life, when you were a child?

Everyone dreams for something while growing up. We all have some dreams when we were child. Sometimes it changes as we grow up, because people switch their dreams very fast. You might have seen some personalities who are working in different fields having interest in some other areas. When I was a little one, my ambition was to be a singer. Since birth I have been encouraged to sing by my mother. My teachers and friends were credited me by saying that I have a good voice. I love singing and music is something in which I am getting that happiness. While singing I found myself more disciplined and dedicated. I think music is an art of expressing and a need for survive. I have always wanted to perform in a big stage and to express myself. While learning Hindustani classical music, I got a lot of opportunity to perform and now also I am having my dream with me and I am sure that I will continue with my dream.

2. What are the roles of your parents in your success journey?

According to me, one of the best and precious gifts one can get is love and blessings of their parents. My parents are backbones of my life. I am glad that they brought me into this world. First thing they gifted me is trust. They believe me that whatever I am doing is best. So, they give me that much freedom to grow up and explore myself. They never let me feel that I am a girl. My mother says “Who will bear all the criticism, will get more and more strong” and my father says “Be dedicated always, whatever you are going to do”. These two lines are helping me to balance both of my personal life and professional life.

3. At which moment you felt proud yourself?

The feeling of pride is an amazing one. I am feeling myself lucky that I got a good environment in which I met different people and gained a lot of knowledge from them. There is no doubt that I am proud being a daughter, being a student, being an employee. But still the time has not come in which I should feel myself proud. Since childhood one of my wishes is to do something for others, to bring changes in the society. If I will succeed on this, then I will feel myself proud.

4. How did you face the utmost struggle in your career?

While learning new things, I have been faced a lot of challenges in my career path. Distracting from goals, changing plans continuously, being emotional, caring for every relationship are some of my weaknesses which were helping to figure out challenges in my path. But I always love to manage the things. So it was easy to overcome those moments for me. At the same time I want to say struggle is something which will help you to be better version yourself. At every stage you will learn something new. If you are feeling that you are not getting good things from this side, then try to go out other side. This is something I have done in my career.

5. Do you really get inferior when your friend scored more marks than you?

There is always a cold war between friends during the exam results. It’s okay as a kid. Because at that age no one have that much maturity to understand what’s going on? How I got less numbers than my best friend? Arise of these types of questions is common at the age of 10 to 15. But after a certain period of time, while having degree with you and still same questions you are asking yourself. I consider this as immaturity. I believe to compete with myself only, whether it is exam or any task related things. It’s true, I feel sad when my marks are less but I never compare my marks with others. I always compare and compete with my practice and expectations.

6. Is exam playing a role of talent meter? What’s your opinion about it?

Exam is a procedure which plays an important role in educational field. This is the way by which everyone forces them to study a little more and practice on that. So, we can say that it’s helping to get the thing easily and also helps to groom the personality as a hard worker. But I don’t agree that it proves someone’s talent. Every student has their up down career graph in their life. May be the situations are not allowing them to get good marks. Here we can’t give a comment that they don’t have potential. You might have seen that there are a lot of celebrities, who are not good or average in their education. But their interest and passion made them to be successful. One single sheet of paper can’t decide how much talented we are!

7. What is your next focus?

I wish to achieve many things in my life. I am very passionate towards the managing positions. Now I am doing my career as Assistant Managing Director and I am really enjoying my position. I want to experience different things having different positions in Cooperative Industry and this is something that I am looking in the future. Also I am planning for restart my music career by joining my classes. I always compare me with myself as i want to be a better version of myself every day. I love to serve my knowledge to the world and I am doing it through my YouTube and blogs. And my biggest dream is to make my family proud of me.
