We provide all home related services like:

Flats on rent.

Furniture on rent.

Movers & packers facility.

Storage facility.

Home cleaning and painting services.

The founder, Sagar Hotwani belongs to a business family and has started learning about business since childhood. He has learned the skills of marketing and selling in childhood only.

He started doing job to support his family for sometime and realised that job is the not the way forward. Later he moved to pune from Indore and worked as a property consultant and started helping people to get flats on rent.

While working on business, he understood that clients also want other facilities and don't want to roam around for each and every thing but, there is no single stop which can provide all the services they need.

Understanding the pain of clients,he started adding new facilities for the clients to reduce their pain. He started all the above services to make sure that clients do not have to roam around in pain and get all the services they need ontime without much efforts.

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it? 

The biggest challenge of our business is to keep handling and dealing with new employees every month, as employees keep changing jobs due to multiple reasons and we have to keep our business running with this problem. I realised that employees will keep moving on, however we need to train them as per our needs and have to keep our business running.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change? 

I see the company will start providing services all over India and will keep adding new metro cities into the list.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?

I never felt that so far, being a leader in the local market we keep facing challenges every day and solving them keep us motivated.

5. Describe your biggest achievement

Dealing with this pandemic and moulding our business to cope up with the new dynamics.

6. From where you get the idea for business?

By understanding the client's pain area.

7. What was your aim to start the company?

To help clients with what they need at a single stop.

8. Tell us some of your failures

One of the biggest failure we figured out was, few of our customers were not paying us rent and few of them ran away with the furniture. After understanding the mistake and analyzing the data, we made necessary modification in our renting policy. Hence, we do not repeat the mistake.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

My family has always been supportive and helped me with all the support they can provide to me financially as well as psychologically and always helped me for the business activities.

10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

You have to have a learning attitude, keep learning from your failures and success. If you want to start a successful business you have to learn how to deal with failures first.
