Swaati, Founder, Dzaro Solutions

I am Swaati, coming from a small town of Jabalpur in MP, but my dreams were never that small. I started my journey as a trainee for a dealership of Toyota in my hometown but I was never satisfied with the role I was getting despite of my excellent academics and skills. 12 years back I landed in Pune and never looked back. I worked as a HR Manager, learned some amazing professional traits and finally gave up my cool earning job to pursue my dream of having my own IT company. I started my business with 2 members and now 50+ staff works with my company. I had always aspired to create opportunities and with God’s grace I am doing it now. If you work hard and believe in you and God, you can be whatever you want to be.

Engaging and widening

The company consists of 50+ team members. A good hiring must have clear set of expectations from both the sides; a hassle-free interview process and, an excellent candidate engagement model. To grow a good team of employees there must be a role clarity, job satisfaction, employee recognition and commitment towards the organization.

The impetus to the crusades

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced. Swami Vivekanand Ji. This is my mantra to be motivated.

Get to grips with tough time

My mantra to fight tough times is to put all your heart and soul towards your goal and rest leave it to God. I believe in Vivekanand Ji saying that “In a day, when you don't come across any problems - you can be sure that you are travelling in a wrong path”. So, tough times are the part of our life as good times. Take risks in your life. If you win, you can lead, if you lose, you can guide.

Target, Analyse and Evaluate

The target market is the actual customer group, or audience, in which your business will attempt to sell its products and services. We need to analyse and evaluate our products and services and determine the benefits that your customers get from your products and how your products fill the needs of those customers. Identify which customer categories have the greatest need for your products. Analyse the needs that your competition fills for their target market. Identify the areas of the market that have been overlooked by the competition. Seek to fill the void within the market, rather than targeting the same market as your competition.

The exceptional inspiration from diversity

I find my inspiration in a variety of people and things. Many industry leaders inspire me, but I would have to say that my greatest inspiration comes from my parents and husband who always taught me to stay focused and goal oriented, no matter the obstacles that come my way. This way of thinking has greatly attributed to my success.
