A technologist turned entrepreneur, Sukumar Madishetti had a curiosity in
exploring data and technology even in the very initial stages of his career.
His love for data and analytics is what laid the foundation for the
groundbreaking work he is doing today.
Srikanth Madishetti is an innovative architect and entrepreneur with 2+ decades
of experience in the IT and FinTech industries. He is a strong leader and an
even better team player.
How was your experience as an entrepreneur?
If I had to choose one
word, it has to be challenging. There is so much stigma around entrepreneurship
because from a very young age we have been training to be employed and not
innovative. While ideas were in plenty, the execution of the ideas took a lot
more time, energy and effort.
What was the proudest moment in your business career?
The launch of our first
business was a proud moment but the best is yet to come.
Can you share about your
first hiring experience?
The first hiring was done
within our circle. Over the years, we had developed a lot of contacts in the IT
industry. There were people we trusted and who believed in our expertise. As a
team, we worked together to build what Venkusa is now.

What was the most difficult
situation faced in your business?
The most challenging
situation faced by our business in the initial days, and even today, was the
demand. We have always had people coming to us asking for service, we never had
to market our services much, it spoke for itself. But growing demand forced us
to expand soon as we were not expecting such an overwhelming response from the
market.
Can you share a message for
our upcoming entrepreneurs?
Technology and innovation
are definitely one part of entrepreneurship. But, understanding the market
needs and filling the gaps with technology and innovation is what needs to be looked
at. Again, I myself am a young entrepreneur and I am uncovering new aspects of
entrepreneurship every day. So, stay tuned.
