About Professional Journey
I have 5 years industries experience and 11 years of
education. My journey to become a good teacher is not so smooth. Now, when I
find my students, we'll settle and still remember me and wish or call me on
teacher's day. I feel proud.

About Research Topics and Interests
I am working on workplace spirituality and emotional
intelligence now. Try to identify the needs of the variables to increase the
mental health and well-being of employees. I am also working on my PhD. area
green hrm in others variable for social implications and practical implications.
What is your greatest career achievement?
I have 20 patents, books, and research publications, but
when my students reach their aims, that's my greatest career achievement.
