 Integrate your culture into the new way of working. Make sure that the technological changes that’ll take place fit the culture of your organization.
Put a support infrastructure in place. Errors and bottlenecks are inevitable during the process of introducing and implementing new technologies in your organization
Evaluate and enhance. As soon as you evaluate the different KPIs, bottlenecks can be identified and improvements can be implemented based upon a thorough analysis

 In some instances, there may be bottlenecks that hold up your business’ ability to produce results in a timely fashion, and it is your operations director’s job to identify what the problem is
