My name is Raj Pandey, Youngest Entrepreneur & Motivational Speaker of Chhattisgarh and Founder & CEO of ROS Education & Start-up.

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO, and how do you overcome it?

My biggest challenge was to build a team and make an ordinary person a capable member of the team. Because in the company we have to face many things. We have to work legally and we have to cooperate. You can't manage your team until you are a good leader.

I overcome this challenge by gaining knowledge from books, I met experienced founders and I used to take guidance from them on how to guide and lead a team and also I keep motivating my team from time to time.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years, and how will you bring about the change?

Five years later, we will become the world's largest education chain. Because of us, after five years, education will be at the next level, making booking and finding classes much easier. Every class will be equipped with advanced technologies and smart gadgets at affordable cost. Students will feel that they are in the future and are sitting in futuristic classes.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO, and what motivated you to pull this off?

Never, small steps always motivate me. I believe it takes small steps to stay motivated. It always works. I set a goal, then I write it down and hang it at a place where I can see it again and again. I believe in action; I work to accomplish that goal and remember not to forget take a break after the busy schedule.

5. Describe your biggest achievement.

In just 8 months, we made a company of 2.1 million. In just 4 months, 600+ students visited our website and successfully booked and studied their classes during the Corona period through us.

6. From where did you get the idea for business?

It all started with the fraud that happened to me. I searched for tuition class on Google and I also gave Rs. 14000 to study on one of them and the next day it turned out to be a fraud. I noticed it doesn't exist there. So there, I thought there is no brand and company on which we can book our classes with confidence. There is no such software in India

After that, we did market research and we found that there are many tuition classes in India which do not have technology. We did more market research and we found that 85% of tuition classes in India have no online presence because, online is very expensive and everyone can’t afford it. Many tuition classes are facing financial crisis in this pandemic. Looking at these problems we created a website and on that website we added tuition classes of our local area.

7. What was your aim to start the company?

In simple words, building a standard education chain. Providing a skill base program to the students along with studies, supporting tuition classes and converting their normal classes into high standard classes. Safety will be my company's first priority. The price will be affordable and a comfortable room or environment with all the great things to learn.

8. Tell us some of your failures.

Before this company, I started another company called T. G. Home Service which was based on A. I., M. L and Smart Gadgets with which you can make your home smart. But I sold it only for Rs 7 lakh and today T. G. Home Service is a profitable project.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Family members couldn’t support me with money but, whenever I broke down; they supported me emotionally and always motivated me to keep doing things.

10. What is your message to the young generations and their parents?

I have two messages for young generations and one message for their parents.

For young generation,

1) Action

2) Patience

1) Action -I believe in action, I have seen many people who dream a lot but never take action to fulfill those dreams. So all I would like to say is don't waste your time, don't wait for anything, "I'll start when I pass out or I'll start when it's done" Don't think like that, Take action as soon as possible.

2) Patience- Don't run after instant success or money, and don't give up quickly, the more patience you have, the sooner you will be successful.

For Parents,

1) Give time to your kids

Give your children at least 2 years, set them free no matter which career he/she chooses, because every career has its own importance in its place, whether it is YouTube, entrepreneurial career, designing or any of his/her hobbies. Trust them, don't force them and never stop them from doing new things. Because when someone else will achieve the same, then you will praise that person a lot but not your children.
