The Challenge

Honestly my first thought is, “I don’t feel like we’ve accomplished enough”. Our execution has been good until now, but we need to go a long way ahead of us to achieve further. We have localized more than 500+ components within the tyre, paper and other industries, it helped to save more than 30 Cr+ money for them. However, I feel the potential to achieve is much higher.
For me to overcome this challenge of growing further, I feel I always need to be pulling my socks and working towards getting into more industries where we could add a lot of value too.
Not every component we propose with a new material succeeds. there is a definite failure ratio, and we embrace that as a pillar of our learning to help us do the next iteration better.

Next 5 years of First Feet

I see us to be serving at least 10+ industries by localising 10000+ components for them. To bring this up and running we need to make roads to other industries than the current ones where we have already proven our mettle. Till date all that we have achieved is only through word of mouth. Now it's time to go beyond it and amass more clients and benefit them holistically.

About the biggest achievement

There were certain components which were so challenging to be localised within India, the client had written us that, when we proposed we could localise it for half the cost of their OE price. It took us 3 trials with 6 material compositions to achieve it and now when I look back that was the start point of all achievements which followed later. The key thing here is, the client had tried this with bigger names in the market and none could succeed but we.

The first thought behind the starting of business

While listening to pain areas of one of my ex-colleagues, I suggested certain material changes based on my experience and it worked very well. That's when I realised this space has a great potential and hence started this business.

Family - The Gift of God

Family, especially my wife, my parents and my brother are the ones who never asked me a question on any risk I would take. Their freedom is the culmination of my strength to perform better. They always take care of me morally and physically even when I am down to make sure I am bouncing back at an amazing pace.

Message to the young entrepreneurs

Stay focussed and glued to what you want to achieve. Money is not everything, money will follow you. Always believe that CUSTOMER is treated as GOD. Never shy away from a customer call even when you have a big argument impending on you.
