*Financial crisis: Getting funds in start-up is biggest challenge coz you know your idea is best but opposite person doesn’t know how it will work and all so.

*Monitoring performance: If you chose wrong team, it’s hard to monitor them which I faced.

*Customer service: as a start-up, we always try to keep our customers happy but sometimes you fail to do so. It was a challenge for me to keep every customer happy.
