I hail from the South of India (Kerala), born with a passion for Information Technology Solutions and its connection to building a better infrastructure around us. After graduating in Bachelor of Technology, I started my career with telecommunication companies in India as a technical person before moving to the Middle East. During my early days, I lead several positions in Networking and Infrastructural Operations, from technical to operations manager. I always held high the importance of learning and development while taking up never responsibilities in life. Having secured several prestigious certifications in CISCO (CCIP, CCNP), REDHAT, HP, Microsoft and a post-graduation in MBA-IT; my motto in life has always been to maintain a good work-life balance while striving new heights.
I consider myself fortunate to have been given diverse roles and opportunities with several MNCs in the region that I could take up Senior Management roles at a very early age. Having served the industry for over sixteen years and my overall business management experience gave me the confidence to embark on a business startup in my homeland. I launched two brands - iWebTune (since 2012) and iTech Auta Solutions (since 2019) which started operations as Paliyath Trading LLP.

Ideology behind starting the company
The future is all about Automation and my aim is to change the perception about Automation being a luxury product. Moreover, motion-sensors and ICT technologies are gaining popularity post COVID-19 pandemic. Many SMEs in India still do not have sufficient security systems in place to protect their businesses. Me and my team explore newer technologies and keep up with the changing market needs. After carefully studying the safety and convenience needs of our customers, we can design bespoke solutions that fit within our client budgets.

The future plans as iTech Auta Solutions moves into 2022
We have high-demand and enquiries coming in for our products from other parts of India, so definitely we would like to cross the borders of Kerala and Tamil Nadu to reach few other states in south India. At the same time, we are always on the look-out for changing technologies and innovative solutions that can further be integrated along with our range of ICT and ELV products.
First hiring experience
Finding the right team-player wasn’t easy, and it took as several months long to get to our core team ready. This requires both passion and technical know-how to embrace the changing dynamics of the industry. At least this was the case towards the south-side of India.
The target audience!
As we primarily cover residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, our prime focus is to connect with leading architects, interior designers, engineering consultants, property developers and real-estate builders. We are ever delighted to welcome our clients to our mock-up office based in the heart of Palayam Town, Calicut.
Motivation behind the work
To identify and bring unique technologies that connect with construction/development projects is one factor that drives me every day. The portfolio of our products and solutions can be ever changing, but I believe it will also shape the future of construction industry around the advancement in these high-tech products that make it an integrated part of our tomorrow’s modern smart living concept.
