I am a passionate learner & quality- oriented professional with a diverse background in academia & Industry bringing over 14 years of experience in technical education, R & D within technical educational institutions who loves to inspire student community towards effective learning without any fear. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in classroom teaching, administrative responsibilities, and fostering innovation among students.


As an active researcher, I have contributed significantly to the academic community with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, as well as patents and authored/ edited books.


A Faculty mentor for DST & Texas Instruments in India Innovation Challenge design contest by NSRCEL @IIMB My gov Govt. of India.  External Question paper setter to various UG & PG courses of Autonomous Engineering colleges. Supervised several UG & PG scholars. Organized & Reviewed various International Conferences/ Journals.


I am passionate about inspiring effective learning and innovation, not only in the classroom but also in the workplace, fostering a supportive environment for my colleagues and employees.


Additionally, beyond academia, I have over 22 years of experience at P.S. Group of Polishing Industries & Natural Marbles, where I served as a proprietor and managing director. My background is strong in both technical and business areas, and I am dedicated to inspiring students towards effective & Innovative learning while fostering a supportive environment for my co-workers.



Educational and Professional Experiences


I Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) from JNTU Hyderabad, Post-graduation M.Tech in VLSI design with Distinction and Ph.D in the field of Micro Electronics & VLSI design titled “Performance Evaluation of modified Nikhilam and Urdhva Tiryakbhyam multipliers in digital & Analog applications” under the supervision of Dr. V.J.K.Kishor Sonti from Sathyabama Institute of science & Technology (deemed to be University) Chennai, India. Completed VLSI Verification Domain Corporate Training to update UG scholars and motivate them to reach hardware sector rather than software jobs. Received Young Researcher & Best Teacher awards to encourage students towards successful career.


From a young age, I harboured a deep passion for teaching, Management and exchanging thoughts with dynamic students, driven by the belief that every learner should embrace learning. I embarked on a professional journey as a mentor, researcher, and Innovator. My focus remained on fostering student-centric development, where I aimed to inspire towards Transformative growth. In my role as a mentor, I endeavoured to touch lives through education, striving to make the learning process as exciting and fulfilling as possible for hundreds of students. Witnessing the positive impact of my efforts on students' learning processes and their approach towards life has been immensely rewarding.



Major Publications and Patents


Till today, 30 Peer reviewed Publications, 6 published patents and 1 applied 6 text book / chapters and mentoring of student community projects are a glimpse of the R& D experience.


Actively involved as a mentor in multi-disciplinary research in diverse area of micro-electronics, VLSI Design, IoT and semi-conductor devices.



From the Podium: Speaking at Webinars and Workshops


Conducted various Guest Lectures and webinars both offline and online, sponsored by ATAL AICTE sponsored FDP/STTPs, IFERP, and Conferences, serving as a keynote speaker, motivational speaker, and Wellness coach.


Supervised numerous UG and PG projects in the Microelectronics domain, providing guidance and mentorship to students. Acquired expertise through completing 54 online certifications from reputable platforms such as NPTEL-IIT India, Coursera, Udemy, Publons Academy (a Clarivate Analytics company), and Springer Research Academy (a WOS group).


Known for leaving a profound impact on the audience during knowledge dissemination, with a natural ability to engage and inspire.


Experienced the rewarding aspect of speaking engagements when audience members reach out with inquisitive questions and continue to seek guidance even after the session, demonstrating the lasting impact of the sessions.

My Expanded Roles and Responsibilities


Earlier, I served as a Student Development Cell Coordinator and IIC In-charge until 2020.


Presently, my roles and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting various student cells as an active coordinator.
  • Mentoring students to help them succeed.
  • Contributing as an innovator to foster creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Being a member of the Technology Transfer Cell to facilitate the transfer of technology and knowledge.
  • Continuously associating with mentoring economically backward students for the past nine years.
  • Having a strong passion for educating girl children and supporting those pursuing education through scholarships by providing necessary requirements.


These roles allow me to actively engage with students and contribute to their holistic development, shaping them for successful futures.

Strategies in Education: My Teaching Methodology


My teaching methodology is centered around making learning simple and exciting for the learner. The primary objective is to ensure that no student fears to learn; instead, they should find joy in the process of learning and personal growth. Every session I conduct is guided by this principle. In short, “Making learning simple & excited for the students or learners”.


I strongly believe in experiential learning, which fosters permanent change in students. By engaging students in hands-on experiences and real-world applications through EPICS platform, I aim to deepen their understanding and encourage active participation in their own learning journey.


In my perspective, education should instill confidence and courage in students, empowering them to navigate life's challenges effectively. Therefore, I strive to provide an education in my boundary that not only imparts knowledge but also equips students with the Professional skills and Emotional mindset necessary to thrive in various aspects of their lives. In my view, “EDUCATION FOR PEACE, PEACE BEGINS WITH A SMILE & SMILE THROUGH SERVICE”.
