1. Describe about your Business and founders

We are Manpower & Pay roll Service providing Company based in Odisha, India. We started this company as a proprietorship farm in the name of ASMA CONSULTANTANCY in 2019 and now we incorporated as PVT LTD in 2021. Currently we have 2 physical offices at Cuttack & Bhubaneswar and 10,000+ employees in all over India. We are in the field of merchant Onboarding /acquisition, KYC & background checking, hiring & staffing and pay roll processing. Our Tag line is “Your Brand, your business, our staff”. The company was founded by Mr Sek Bilal & Mr Swadhin Pradhan with Mr Mohammed Athar. We are a young team who believes in hard work.

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a Managing Director and how do you overcome it?

I believe, in a company, every new project/decision is a challenge. Biggest challenge in our field is, so many frauds going on in market where employees are not getting paid after working hard for companies. So everyone who is going to join our company, also thinking/asking same. In this scenario we at ASMAA MANPOWER PVT LTD paying everyone’s hard earn pay-out/salary from our own pocket sometimes even if client does not pay. By the way I never thought myself as MD of this company. Always I tried to make all things easy for others as a leader. And that’s why all employees/partners feel they are in a great TEAM.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

Every Success Story starts from a Dream and I am the biggest Dreamer, I guess. I can see in the next 5 years we are in the top 5 Manpower Companies in India with biggest team across pan India. In each & every state, we will have at least one office to support our marketing team. We are going to be the first choice of companies like Amazon, Airtel etc very soon.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a MD and what motivated you to pull this off?

Mujhe pehele se pata tha challenges ayenge so I never thought about giving up. Being from a lower middle-class family, I became an entrepreneur. When I see lots of people are looking for job but at the same time, I am providing employment. This is the biggest motivation for me. I wanted to see what is going to happen if I don't give up.

5. Describe your biggest achievement

Running a business during pandemic is also an achievement for us. Even after facing so many problems, we are still motivated & positive towards our work & company. This is also an achievement I can say because most people quit once they face problems. And recently I got young entrepreneur award from prestigious INDIAN ACHIEVERS FORUM.

6. From where you get the idea for business?

We got this idea when we (directors) were working as a Team in AMAZON PAY for a 3rd party Company. At that time, I was in technical field and Bilal ji was from business background, so he shared a business plan to start our own business.

7. What was your aim to start the company?

Our Mission is to reach on top with a powerful brand value regarding the best Management and Staffing solutions towards services for our clients as well as completing the project within the prescribe time frame along with quality services.

8. Tell us some of your failures

From the starting we are facing ups & downs. But I remember when we were about to start our journey, “India Smart Life” a Chennai based company, did not paid our invoices when we had to pay our employees. Our brand value got affected because of that. And some more companies also sneak away without paying us. But we are proud that we cleared all of our employees’ payment from our own pockets. So, no one can harm our brand.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

I think my family doesn't know much about my business but they are always being very supportive from the start. Specially my mother & sister. They always encouraged me to do what I am doing. And I have a mentor “Tapan Kumar Nayak”, he always stood with me in all my bad times. I can't forget him in my journey. I always considered him as a member of my family. And few of my friends are also supporting me in this. I would like to thank all of you from my Heart ❤️.

10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

I am too young to give advice. I would like to say, my friends, please focus on skills & experience. Don't waste your time in unnecessary things. If you have time, learn some new skills and follow your passion. To parents - please don't compare your kids with anyone else. Give them a chance to prove themselves and they will make you proud for sure.
